You certify that you are physically capable of participating in the activities offered and that you have consulted with a physician when appropriate.
Maison Pilates does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Any information provided by Maison Pilates, its instructors, employees, contractors, or representatives is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.
You agree to immediately stop participating in any activity if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.
4. Bookings, Memberships, Packages, and Payments
All class bookings, memberships, packages, workshops, retail purchases, and event registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by Maison Pilates.
Prices, membership offerings, class schedules, instructors, and services may be modified at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service, membership, package, or promotional offering at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. By providing payment information, you authorize Maison Pilates and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees.
You agree to maintain accurate billing information and promptly update any changes to your payment details.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Maison Pilates reserves the right to establish and modify cancellation, waitlist, late-cancel, and no-show policies. Such policies may be posted on our website, booking platform, membership agreements, or studio policies.
Failure to cancel within the applicable cancellation window may result in forfeiture of the class credit, session, or applicable fee.
Membership fees, packages, and promotional purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable New Jersey law.
6. Studio Policies
For the safety and comfort of all participants, Maison Pilates reserves the right to deny entry, remove participants, suspend memberships, or terminate services for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values and standards of the studio.
Clients are expected to arrive on time, follow instructor guidance, respect studio property, and comply with all posted policies and procedures.
7. Events and Workshops
Maison Pilates may offer special events, workshops, retreats, collaborations, and wellness experiences. Separate terms, cancellation policies, and participation requirements may apply to such offerings.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, event and workshop registrations are non-refundable.
8. Website Use

By attending our classes, events, or services, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials unless you provide written notice requesting exclusion prior to participation.
By participating in classes, events, or studio activities, you acknowledge that instructors, collaborators, and fellow members may occasionally capture photos or videos that may incidentally include you and share such content on social media or other promotional platforms. Your participation constitutes consent to such incidental use, and Maison Pilates cannot guarantee exclusion from all group photography or recordings.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, or external resources.
Maison Pilates is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, services, memberships, classes, events, products, and all related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Maison Pilates makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation of any service or content.
We do not guarantee any particular fitness, wellness, health, or physical results from participation in our programs.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, Maison Pilates, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, memberships, classes, workshops, events, or products.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Maison Pilates’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Maison Pilates during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
